By entering these Promotions, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

1. This Promotion is open to residents of England and Wales aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. Purchase is not necessary. Internet access and email address are required.

3. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read http://www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.

4. Promotion Periods:

   • Proper Locals and Pub & Carvery: Enter between 00:01 BST on the 1 May 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 31 May 2026 inclusive.

   • Flaming Grill: Enter between 00:01 BST on the 18 May 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 31 May 2026 inclusive.

   All other Greene King fascias are excluded for the purposes of this promotion.

5. To Claim: Visit the website www.KopparbergGreeneKing.co.uk or by clicking on the relevant marketing material found on social media (Meta: Facebook & Instagram adverts), complete the online form to provide your details (name, date of birth & email address), and you will receive a unique code to your chosen email address. Then, download the Greene King app by visiting https://www.greeneking.co.uk/order-and-pay-app, or by visiting your device's chosen application store or, if already downloaded, open the app on your device. Once downloaded and you are situated at a participating outlet, open the app and add your chosen participating product (see clause 6) to the basket, select your table number and enter your promotional code at the checkout. This promotion and promotional code is only valid at participating outlets (see clause 7 for participating outlets). Each promotional code can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including Greene King employee vouchers or Greene King friend & family vouchers.

8. Maximum of 1 claim is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. Maximum 1 claim per promotional code.

9. The Promotional Code: Each valid claimant will receive 1 x promotional code for a free bottle of Kopparberg Mango or Kopparberg Alcohol-Free from a Participating Outlet, valid until 23:59 GMT on the 31st May 2026. There are a total of 10,000 Promotional codes to be claimed, while stocks last across selected venues.

10. Further Promotional Code Details and Conditions:

    • a. Participating Outlets reserve the right to verify the age of any claimants, including but not limited to employing a Think 25 policy.

    • b. Participating Outlets reserve the right to refuse service of any claimant for reasons including but not limited to: being drunk, disorderly under the influence of drugs, underage, abusive, threatening; or making or inciting racial abuse, chanting, using offensive language, making obscene gestures, throwing items, behaving anti-socially, bringing animals (except guide dogs), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, climbing any structure, making excessive noise, damaging the venue or smoking. This will be determined at the Participating Outlet's sole discretion, regardless of a valid promotional code, and in this case the claimant will receive no compensation.

    • c. Claimants must abide by and are subject to Greene King's terms & conditions, which can be found at https://www.greeneking.co.uk/terms-conditions

11. Promotional Code Claiming: Promotional Codes must be used by the end of the Promotion Period. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period shall be void and invalid.

12. Promotional Code Acceptance: Activation of a Promotional Code will take place immediately after completing the required activation steps. In the unlikely event that a promotional code does not arrive within 2 working days to your nominated email address, the claimant must inform the Promoter by emailing https://contactus.abinbev.com/en within a further 2 days. If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Promotional Code or limit its value at its sole discretion.

13. The Promoter may request that the claimants participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the claimant's discretion and is not a condition of receipt or use of a Promotional Code.

14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Promotional Code awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

    • a. Verify the eligibility of claimants through multiple means by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Promotional Codes may be withheld until verification is completed.

    • b. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

    • c. Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

    • d. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.

    • e. Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as 'script', 'brute force', masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

    • f. Disqualify claimants who tamper with the entry process.

    • g. Disqualify claimants which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

    • h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

15. The Promotional Codes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed, cancelled or rejected for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Promotional Codes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Promotional Code for another of equal or greater value.

16. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Greene King app and claim page.

17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Promotional Code(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

19. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at: www.ab-inbev.com/privacy-policy/.

20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

21. By claiming, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
